1960s Fender Stratocaster

This refinished '60s Stratocaster is a true transition partscaster, featuring a '64 body, a '66 neck, and '66 electronics. It’s in great playing condition, with a super cozy slim neck with a replaced nut and a well-done refret that provides a solid, updated feel with even response throughout. Cosmetically, it’s in good shape with modifications including evidence of a filled Kahler route, reamed tuner holes, added string tree hole, replaced decal, and a replaced pickguard with some routing underneath, assumedly for humbuckers. Although this is far from a stock example this guitar captures the essence of Fender's transition era. This is your ticket into a vintage 60s workhorse Strat! Please reach out with any questions.
