1962 Fender Tweed Champ & Lap Steel

1962 Fender 5F1 Tweed Champ with matching "Champion" lap steel. This collectible pairing is in its original condition and feels almost like a time capsule with the amp's original hangtag! The 5F1 Tweed amps are highly regarded as a bit of a secret weapon in the studio because of their simplicity and their sweet and diverse sonic characteristics. Everything is in great condition although the case lost its handle (the original handle is included.) It's Crazy to think that this pairing was sold as a student package - These are highly collectible and important pieces of Fender's history!
