An excellent player’s grade “transitional-era” Strat featuring the smaller pre-CBS headstock with block logo and pearloid inlays! This guitar sports an older Shoreline Gold refin with a replaced headstock decal, 5-way switch, replaced bridge saddles and a non-original vintage “single-line” Kluson G-tuner. There is also some slight reaming of the original tuner post holes from a previous installation of non-original tuners. This guitar has a fantastic feel with a warm resonance, comfortable C-shaped neck and re-fret for improved playability. The original single-coil pickups produce an incredible tone delivering a balanced low-end, woody, scooped midrange and glassy, percussive highs for a signature vintage Strat sound! Includes original hardshell case.
