This rare 1930s Regal “Solo” guitar is very similar to a Washburn Tonk Brothers model 5256 /5257 featuring a solid Adirondack spruce top, and a beautiful Mahogany body. It was originally a square neck but has since been converted, featuring a re-contoured neck with an added adjustable truss rod, new frets, and a full X-brace conversion. Cosmetically, it has dings, scratches, and a repaired crack, but once you strum it, you will forget about anything aesthetic. This is truly one of the finest-sounding acoustics to ever grace the shop; it easily holds its own with guitars far outside of its class! Includes non-original hardshell case.
