1943 Gibson Southern Jumbo
This is a one-of-a-kind, banner-era '43 Southern Jumbo. In the late 60s, it was re-topped by Gibson, then fully refinished, which is why there is no banner logo on the headstock. It is a fantastic dreadnought, big, loud, and harmonically rich with an excellent mid-range character. A perfect SJ for players who want something distinct & unique with soul. Overall playability is fantastic; the neck is thick and feels great, offering a super-solid feel and impressive projection into the body so you can easily keep up in any pickin' circle! Includes non-original hardshell case.
