This killer 1952 Les Paul Goldtop, masterfully converted to ’58 specs by James Weyandt of Jam City Guitars. It’s pleasantly lightweight at 8lbs 9oz and plays beautifully thanks to a neck shim for the proper angle, with a new nut and frets for a seamless feel up and down. The heart and soul of this guitar lies in a set of ’57 no-sticker PAFs which deliver an incredible, transparent vintage sound with tons of mid-range character and harmonics. The conversion work is top-notch, with a new old-growth Mahogany neck with a Brazilian board, vintage-correct carve, and a light relic refinish by Historic Makeovers. It comes complete with the original Cali Girl case and COA from Jam City.
