1961 Fender Pro 6G5-A

This "Brown-Panel" 1961 Fender 6G5-A Pro Amp sounds killer fitted with a swapped '64 15" Jensen C15N delivering 40 watts of excellent tone with a gorgeous mid-range sweetness and a decent amount of headroom before it starts to cry. The harmonic vibrato is a staple feature of these combos with an immersive, almost psychedelic sound. It comes recently serviced and updated with a replaced, era-correct power transformer, a replaced 3-prong cable, updated capacitors, a replaced back panel, and a new handle. It is fully functional with a clean bill of health and in great cosmetic shape with hardly any tolex wear and a few minor tears in the grill cloth. A rare and fantastic-sounding Vintage combo with pertinent updates to make it a reliable workhorse for years to come!
