1966 Fender Mustang Bass

1966 Factory Dakota Red Mustang Bass in near-stock condition with a couple of replaced screws. The "17SEP66B" neck feels great with comfortable and compact dimensions that make this bass ideal for guitarists or people with smaller hands. Mustang basses are super fun and sound great producing a lovely dry note decay with a warm, fat, and thumpy sound that sits perfectly in a mix. Cosmetically this bass has finish checking, dings, worn edges, a sticker on the headstock from a prior owner, and general wear from use but is still in very good shape overall and plays fantastically ~ This is a super fun vintage short-scale CBS-era bass! Includes original hardshell case.
