This Gibson Johnny Smith is a beautifully aged, player-grade example of one of Gibson’s most elegant archtop designs. It was sent to Gibson in 1994 for a replacement neck which required the new finish to blend with the original body and the serial number to be re-stamped. It also features a replaced pickguard, nut, and frets for updated playability. This is A fantastic-playing Johnny Smith with plenty of vintage character and a rich, articulate sound from the single mini humbucker! Includes original hardshell case.
