This 2005 Gibson Doves in Flight has to be one of the most ornate offerings from Gibson, with Abolone lines, dove inlays, a mural pickguard, an inlaid bridge, etched Grover tuners, a bound neck with a beautiful Ebony board, and a stunning Flamed Maple body. This work of art from Gibson's custom shop is a classic slope-shouldered, big-body Dreadnought that sounds fantastic with a bright, focused sound, tons of sustain, a decent amount of headroom, and the lovely tone you'd expect from a Maple body with a solid Sitka Spruce top. This example came to us in lightly used condition with a few minor dings and finish scuffing. It also comes with a factory-installed pickup that sounds great! Includes original hardshell case.
