2005 Gibson Custom Shop Eric Clapton "Crossroads" ES-335TDC
2005 Gibson Custom Shop Eric Clapton “Crossroads” ES-335. A detailed recreation of Eric Clapton’s 1964 ES-335 that he used throughout his time in Cream and famously at the Cream Farewell concert in 1968. A limited run of only 250, this guitar captures all of the nuances of that original guitar, including the original wear patterns. The case is also aged with the same Cream stencils that were on Clapton’s actual case. This guitar has been well taken care of and is in great condition. It plays beautifully and the reproduction PAF pickups nail Clapton’s famous Gibson tones, including his signature “woman tone”. This is an incredible ES-335 in its own right and a must-have for serious Clapton/Cream fans! Includes original hardshell case. No Gibson COA is included, but we are happy to provide a signed COA from our shop.
