Mudcat “Ax”

Mudcat “Ax”

It's a guitar, but also an Ax, built by a man named Mudcat. What more do you need to know?!? Oh, it has a sweet Gold Foil pickup, some leather and beadwork all around, and just looks incredibly cool. Despite the unorthodox looks, the guitar was built very well with excellent fretwork and a great feeling neck. Not the easiest guitar to play, but certainly an easy conversation starter! For amplification, we figured that if we're gettin' weird today, lets keep it weird: a 1960s Baldwin Professional C1 Custom 2x12 amp. A 45-watt solid-state amp with reverb, tremolo, and Baldwin's "Supersound" switch/slider system.
