At the end of last week, we had a surprise visit from The Milk Carton Kids, who were in town to play at The Showbox! They needed a bit of work done on some of their instruments, and were kind enough to do a little impromptu in-shop performance of a couple of their songs! After looking through our acoustic room for a bit and trying out some of our guitars, they settled on a 1931 Martin OM-28, and a 1934 Gibson L-00! If you're not familiar with The Milk Carton Kids (Joey Ryan and Kenneth Pattengale), they are an extremely talented indie folk duo from Eagle Rock, CA.
