This '63 “block”-neck ES-335 is in very good condition with honest cosmetic wear including finish checking and buckle scratches on the back of the body. Modifications include replaced tuners, a pro refret, a replaced nut, and a replaced tailpiece with remaining small screw holes from a removed Bigsby. The neck feels amazing with the slimmer ’60s profile with a fast and comfortable feel for a lively and resonant response throughout. The original PAT# humbuckers sound stellar delivering the perfect balance of fatness, clarity, output, and liveliness. The neck pickup is warm and detailed with an open, smooth tone and the bridge pickup is thick, yet cutting with a ton of punch and high-end clarity for an abundance of incredible overtones and for an honest and transparent sound.
