2017 Martin 000-28 Eric Clapton Signature Model

2017 Martin 000-28EC Eric Clapton Signature serial #23142. Based on the pre-war Martin Clapton used for his “MTV Unplugged” performance, this guitar features a classic 000 body, Spruce Top with Indian Rosewood back and sides, and an unbound Ebony fretboard. Other vintage-inspired appointments include herringbone binding and butterbean open-back tuners. Excellent condition with minimal signs of handling. The modified V-shaped neck has a great vintage feel and is very easy to play and the sound is lovely with a balanced tone full of warmth and a harmonically rich top end. Sturdy enough for heavy strumming, yet very responsive to a light touch, making it an excellent fingerpicker as well. A gorgeous modern interpretation of a pre-war 000-style Martin.
