1938 Oahu 78k Jumbo. Originally a squareneck for lap steel playing, this guitar was converted to a roundneck with refinishing on the back of the neck and a replaced replica bridge. These guitars share many similarities with the beloved Gibson Nick Lucas model including a smaller, X-braced top and a deep body with Maple back and sides. This guitar has a huge sound for its size with a punchy attack, clear top end, and a forward, woody midrange for a charming vintage tone with tons of character. Includes hardshell case.
