A stripped-down, golden-era Gibson with an incredible tone! This '56 Junior shows some moderate honest finish wear, dings, and playwear, but is in great overall condition and still has a little life left in the original frets. It is near stock with a swapped jack plate and replaced tuners, although the originals are included. It plays beautifully with the staple beefier ’50s neck profile, which feels awesome with an excellent connection to the body! The all-mahogany construction provides a wonderful natural resonance, and the single P-90 barks with a powerful and punchy sound through any amp, proving yet again that simplicity is not a limitation! Includes a modern hardshell case, the original chip case, and the original tuners.
