1960 Gibson SG (Les Paul) Special

1960 Gibson SG (Les Paul body) Special, the first iteration of the "SG" before it was released as the Les Paul shortly thereafter in '61. This guitar is a current shop favorite, players grade condition with replaced volume pots, swapped tuners with reamed holes, new nut, replaced jack plate, with a new relocated bridge and added tailpiece which offers more accurate intonation. This guitar is lightweight, resonant, and perfectly aged with a resonant and vibrant sound, especially with the stock P90s! The neck is on the medium side of slim and feels great with enough life left in the original frets to play great up and down the neck with a great feel.  A rare vintage workhorse guitar with a nice, solid feel and an incredible tone! Includes hardshell case.
