1964 Gibson Folksinger F-25
The Gibson F-25 "Folksinger" is a unique steel-string acoustic released at the height of the 60's Folk Revival. It was intended to attract players from the folk scene with features including a classical-sized body and a flat fretboard with a wide 2" nut width. This '64 example is in very good condition, with light handling dings and wear, and includes an added end-pin jack for the pictured LR Baggs soundhole pickup. It sounds fantastic with a strong and focused woody tone for a nice full-range balance and plays very well... the roomy fretboard makes this guitar an ideal fingerpicker! Includes hardshell case.
