Excellent overall condition and near stock condition with a removed term arm and new frets. The neck plays great with a great feel up and down with the typical thinner 1 5/8" nut width with a little more depth for a strong and resonant connection to the body which provides impressive acoustic volume and incredible tone from the Dogear P90s.
