This 1979 hardtail Strat is a pleasant weight for a 70s Strat at 7 lbs 7.2 oz, especially given the one-piece, solid Ash body! This is a quintessential 70s Strat with a thick, yellowed-out lacquer, oversized headstock, black pickguard, and of course, a 3-bolt neck. It is in great shape overall, with heavier finish wear, checking, and moderate playwear, and it comes with a replaced volume pot and replaced saddles, but is stock otherwise. This is a picture-perfect CBS-era Strat with a great feel and a fantastic tone! Includes a non-original hardshell case.
