This rare 1981 "Gold Burst" Les Paul Custom perfectly encapsulates the Norlin era! It is beautifully broken in with finish wear on the back of the neck, a patina to the hardware, with minor dings, scuffing, and a bent D-tuner that still functions as it should. Modifications include a replaced back plate, a replaced poker chip, and a beautifully done refret for a great feel. It plays smooth, and the neck has a strong sonic connection to the body, providing a warm and rich resonance with tons of sustain for an incredible range of tones from the original Tim Shaw Humbuckers. Includes a non-original hardshell case.
